Sidney N. Herman received a B.A. with honors from Haverford College in 1975 and a J.D. cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law in 1978.
He is the managing partner of Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott in Chicago. He writes, “I am managing partner of a law firm that refuses to charge its corporate dients by the hour or wear ties. Our main conference room has a basketball court.
Even more fun is serving as trustee of the school [Parker] and looking forward to watching, with my wife, Meg, our J-K daughter [Katy ’13] spend 13 years at the school.”
